Goggles barged back into his apartment, lately he’s been seeing people do some challenge, and he wanted to try it out with his boyfriend:Rider. Opening up the plastic bag, he saw 3 boxes of rocks and went up to Rider who was sitting on the couch and sat next to him.

He was closing his eyes,it seemed like he was sleeping but if he were he’d just be laying down on the couch instead,so he knew he was just relaxing.

“Hey Rider!”

The blue inkling said in his usual tone: which was quite energetic. Though, it wasn't as energetic as it usually is when he is outside.

“Hmgh?”

Rider mumerded,opening his left eye just to see him. He sounded the exact opposite from Goggles:cold and tired.

“Wanna try the rocky challenge?”

Goggles questioned, Rider obviously got flustered, if he had his dynamo roller right now, he’d probably use it right now. But he left it in Sheldon's shop so it's not like he could do anything.

“Where did you get that idea from?”

He said surprised but also annoyed as well.

“The internet! I searched up Rocky since I wanted to get some and I stumbled upon it!”

Goggles replied.

“Tch..”

“So do you wanna try it?”

“..Fine.”

Rider concluded,he started to be less pissed off.

“Alright! So we can begin.”

Goggles declared. Opening the Rocky box,Goggles suddenly gives Rider a full blown french kiss. Now where does this come from? Don’t answer that question actually. Rider is surprised, but at this point I can understand why (As in me it's the narrator, me). He however accepts the kiss, even if it was out of nowhere. T But we can’t forget this is Goggles who kissed him, and so he puts a Rocky in his mouth instead.

“I win!!”

“THAT'S NOT HOW IT WORKS!”

Rider was shocked,his face was red that moment with basically every emotion that can make your face red.

“It’s not?”

“Obviously, you're supposed to put a rock in your mouth and the other person has to also put their mouth in the same rock. The challenge is seeing who completes the rock first.”

He explained.

“Ohh, I get it! We should do it the correct way then!”

Goggles assured. Rider nodded.

Starting off,Goggles was the first to win right off the bat,eating it all of it first. It wasn't all. It wasn't too much of a surprisement since Goggles just has this magical thing inside him where he can just win,with fun to.

“I win!”

Goggles cheered

“You're just lucky. I’m sure I’ll win, try again.”

And so a second round began. It seemed like Rider was gonna win but it turns out he broke the rock instead. He blushed out of embarrassment.

“Maybe in the third round you’ll fail.”

he (okay so this was supposed to be like, a word but i missed spelled it so bad to the point i dont know what the word is and this fic is one year long so, uh, yeah,,,okay 2026 me will go sorry) ,he tried to speak cold,but he wasn't as much.. With Goggles left out shocked at first,he quickly turned into a more heartwarming smile.

“Alright, bet!”

They did multiple tries,Goggles continued to win however. At some point during another round,Rider gave up completely. He knew Goggles luck was just too strong for him to compete anyway, so as embarrassing as it was for him, he just spoke or spoke out as soon as he lost again to

“Just kiss me.”

. Knowing Goggles, he’d kiss him full on and kiss him full on. It lasted a couple of seconds before the Goggles let go. It was silent at first. Goggles puts his hand on Rider’s tentacles (both their hair down) and starts playing with them.

“You're so cute when you're flustered!”

“SHUT UP!!”

“Make me!” Goggles winked. Rider only became more flustered from that.

“THIS WILL MAKE YOU SHUT UP!!” Rider grabbed a rocky and put it in Goggles mouth.

Walking around the mall for seconds with no words, Rider finally breathed.

“What do you want?"

Goggles struggled to look up, especially now. If he handled this wrong he could never see him once more, it troubled him thinking more about it. After some of the events that happened recently, he felt like one part of him needed himself to tell Rider, he couldn't just lie forever. He shoundt be ashamed of himself, but at the same moment he knew that because of what he’s gonna say, hee doesnt know if he’s gonna turn away from him or not.

“Goggles… Goggles !”

“Eh?!”

He’s been stuck frozen, not moving. He didnt even realize it. Rider’s hand stuck to Goggles shoulders, with a face that wasnt so humoress.

“Oh.. Well, its not important anyway.”

Goggles mumbled, he looked away with a mix of roseness and blue ness filling his cheeks.

“It must be important if its serious enough to point you stopped walking! You never do that.!”

Rider looked at him mad, but a part of him in the inside felt hopeless and worried. Goggles with his anxious face finally sighed.

“Okay.. Fine. Lets walk to that bench.”

Rider after hearing those words let go of his shoulders, backing up, with his head down to the side. Why did he do that anyway? He didn't have to get that close. So why he did it? Rider looked up.

“Alright.”

Rider then walked forward while Goggles catched up. The cold air was there, but they both felt warm, though they knew one reason could just be because of the amount of gear they were wearing, but they both knew another reason of why it could be. Goggles looked down to Rider’s hand, he wanted his hand on his. Which was normal for him to do usually, but he wanted it in a different way.

Rider by the other hand looked forward. He felt as if he was too much of a bad person for someone to even still be next to him. The teal markings on his face already told everyone something. He felt he was always a bad person after so. It was too late for him to be perfect. Sometimes, he felt as if he couldnt had that ego he used to have.

Finally arriving by the bench they both sat down.

“Are you ready?”

Goggles finally looked up after seconds of just looking down. By this point, the least he could do to Rider to make him happy is just tell him. He was losing his patience after all, and if basically everyone is upset, he’s upset.

“..Okay. I’’ll tell you.”

Goggles took another second before finally saying what he felt he had to.

“Rider… I want to apogize. For hiding lots of things from you.”

“What do you mean?”

“Lately, for the past year or so i think, I’ve been having.. I few feelings.”

Goggles ears went down, he felt he was gonna have a heart attack any second from now.

“What is it??”

Rider was concerned by how long it took for Goggles to say something so important to the point he didnt even act like himself. He tried to keep calm. He would try asking why he took so long but, he couldnt get himself to do it.

“... I .. im in lesbians with you”

“.. What.”

“Yeah..”

Rider felt as if this was an entire joke but at the same time, he starting thinking he was serious.

“You know what lesbian means right?”

“Yeah it means im in love”

The disbelief he had was insane.

“That means gay women”

Goggles looked confused.

“Well, thats not what i meant then.”

Goggles replied, he giggled a little.

Rider felt as if this entire thing was fake or something along the lines. He cant be serious who would make such a mistake?

“Well.. I… Im just… not ideal”

Rider said, looking to the side, Goggles tiddled his head.

“What do you mean?”

RIder faced him

“I.. Im not a good person! I literally came close to killing you in the metro!”

“That wasnt your doing”

“I–I’m too tough for you, im not compatable in anyway!”

“Everyones different”

“I’m not a cheerleader!”

“So?”

Rider with his face of denial, shook his head. Crossing his arms, he sighed. With all these proven things he cant fo Goggles still wont mind, its just, how does one person keep up with it he thought. With pure disappointment he had, he might as well just cut to the chase

“I cant have children..”

“And?”

“Ugh well Goggles you dont understand! Im a man, not a women! I—.. I just… I cant date you!”

“We can make it work”

Rider sighed, he turns around feeling a rush of emotions, anger, sadness, love.

“Oh cmon. You know its not easy…”

“.... Its not impossible”

“How would you know?”

He turned back is head. Goggles didnt know either, he knew that. He knew that very well, could it work? He didnt know, but with the worried expression he had, he looked back up.

“Because… I just believe it.”

Goggles always had that innocent hope in him, ofc he would say that he thought, but at the same time, he felt the same way, it just, cant be.

“I—.... I just, ugh.”

Rider walks in front of him after turning. He didn't know what would even occur after this, so he took a deep breath.

“I love you too eh? But it's not proper.”

All those messages inside his head had him. He knew that if he and him even tried doing something with loving intention, society would turn back. He was stronger, he was better. But, he hated to pretend over and over again.

“Who cares? We can try. Its nice like we can get everyone to like us so… ”

Goggles walked closer, he hesitates for a moment before holding his hand. Rider looks to the side, what was he doing? What was he thinking? It felt like for a slight moment though, he got warmer and warmer inside his heart. Fuck it he thought, just once. He putted his lips against his.

It almost felt like everything just stopped, like everything froze in time. In what felt like an eternity felt like seconds tiking. Rider holds Goggles chin up, their souls felt attached together, needing of the other. They moved slow and gentle, taking all the time they had. Rider pushes back.

“I—”

Rider’s face flushed all the way up, like a tomato or something. Goggles giggled, he quite frankly, was kind of embarrassed, but he didnt care, or at least he tried looking like he didnt, because he did.

“Did you enjoy it?”

“Yeah..”

“Hey so… you realize anything… weird lately.”

“Huh?” Headphones responded to Specs

“I don’t know, like uh, how Goggles has been acting, it’s like.. Strange”

Headphones paused for a moment, I mean, for the past couple days since that party, things have gone weird. Like, lately during the teams training sessions, Goggles has been acting very very differently. As if he’s changed. Something.

“I mean,now that you mention it… I guess…”

Headphones put her fist to her chest, as if she was in a thinking position.

“Hehee super serious convo hehe”

Bobble Hat giggled, she’s like that one image of a golly person with a lollipop, she didn’t really care about anything.

“You know—“

Headphones started

“Remeber that one conversation back then… before Emperor defeated Rider, like, that one instance that Goggles thought he was sick or something?”

“Kinda, but I don’t think he was being serious or anything, I wouldn’t be THAT surprised.”

Specs added, looking to the side.

Headphones had a feeling that was the case, but he couldn’t really put that all to terms. She was still worried, and plus, she's the team leader. She’s gotta at least know what’s going on. I mean, performance wise it hasn’t been that bad, but she just can’t help but worry.

“Well—still. I’m gonna check him out. I’m the captain.”

Headphones said, getting up from the bench they were talking at.

“Okoki oki”

Bobble Hat said. Specs just let her do his thing, she’ll probably be back knowing nothing crazy is going on. She does take things seriously after all he thought.

Headphones walked around moray towers, he must've been somewhere. But while walking, she realized something. Team Yellow Green was also training with her team, and while the teams were near the bench, the only two missing were Rider and Goggles. Like, that’s it. It only made her question ten times more than how she originated. They either both were together, or different spots. Maybe if he found Rider, she could maybe ask him where Goggles went. He does have more experience with this stuff after all, being a leader of a team as well, and while sure she wasn’t the most popular member, that doesn’t erase that fact. Headphones walked around more until she heard something.

Rider pinned his hand forwards the wall, he was all red, it felt so hot as well. Goggles looked at him, against the wall, kinda shocked but he found it cute. He felt kinda nervous.

“I.. I uhm..”

Rider tried saying something, but he just.. couldn’t. He put his hand on Goggles cheek, he didn’t know why. He just felt like it. It’s only been just a few days of dating, but he still felt shamefully nervous even though he’s usually the one to get used to things after a week. Was he really that important? Rider couldn’t really help him.

Goggles just thought he was cute, funny, and just adorable. Honestly, messing around with him and seeing him all embarrassed just made him blush. At times though, he looked really, really handsome. Which always got to him in some way.

Rider kissed him, Goggles slowly closed his eyes while Rider just did it instantly.

Headphones walk near the scene, watching whatever happening unfold. She couldn’t believe her eyes. But, now looking back it meant sense. Headphones slowly took a step back, without making a noise.

“So, what? Did nothing happen?”

Bobble Hat saw Headphones come back and ask

“I mean, something did happen but… I don’t think they’re ready..”

Headphones looked to the side in her awkward face like seeing Goggles do something stupid, but; she didn’t really think that, she was just… shocked…

“Let me see!”

Bobble Hat skipped.

“Bobble Hat!! No!!”

Headphones chased them. Specs had to follow now, he didn’t have a choice.

Bobble Hat skipped for like, 1 minute around, while her teammates were following her. Bobble Hat was a little bit faster than the others, not as much as Goggles but enough to be like second at that. She eventually heard something as well. Headphones had denied they were still kissing, like c'mon, really? Heh, I hope, otherwise she’d look like a scary stalker guy. Specs was there telling Bobble Hat to slow down repeatedly, but she doesn’t really listen. They all stop to find Goggles and Rider still kissing but the noise was so sudden to the point Goggles had to look.

“Eh?”

“AHHHHHH”

They all screamed in total disbelief. Goggles and Rider too How is it?!!?!?

They all eventually calmed down, but it was really really awkward.

“Ahh so you two are like gay?”

Bobble Hat asked

“I mean, yeah I guess.. heheh..”

Goggles scratched his head, trying to look happy, but he looked really out of place.

“Heh…”

“Since when?”

“Bobble Hat that doesn’t matter, just like, you don’t have to hide it from us you know? We aren’t like, against that or anything.”

Rider looked to the side

“Well, that’s what they all say, but they end up lying and making fun of people..”

He growled.

“That shouldn’t stop you though!”

Headphones said

“It’s your life, not theirs. They shouldn’t be able to take that away from you. It’s okay if you wanna keep it a secret, but you should never feel ashamed..”

Headphones said. She herself knew what this feeling was, after all, she did, for the longest period of time, had some feelings for both Skull and Bobble Hat, so it’s not a new concept for her.

“She’s right.”

Goggles started.

“We can still keep it a secret, but we have to accept who we are as people, and know there isn’t anything wrong with who we identify as!”

Goggles continued

“As long as it isn’t harmful, we should do what we want!”

Rider smiled but also blushed cuz all of this was just kinda ridiculous in his mind. He looks to the side

“Whatever, you guys can leave if you guys please. You’re all so funny.”

Websites with LOTS of content or/and even have my hyperfixations content! Coroika is one of my current hyperfixation as of right now, but that is subject to change!(however, my hyperfixations tend to last a few years, so it takes a long time before i get obbesessed over something new)

I kinda came up with the design as i go, but i do have somewhat of a vision in my mind when creating them. I rarely draw out my layouts.

Hello hello!!! So i have been doing alot of self reflection recently. I deleated all the social media i have on my phone again, cuz it was stressing me out. Focusing on Tiktok for this one; while yes, some of the content was enjoyable and interesting, i also got a ton of negative content from it like misogynistic views, and it really, really fucked me over. I wanna still use Tiktok, but the thing is is that it gives you the things that keep you in the app the most, and for me, for some reason, its negativity. Summer just began too, and i feel like im just wasting my time; i dont even remeber half of the shit i scrolled through! Thats how unimportant it is. Im just so tired. At the same time, all my moots are there but its like.. i need a break. I'll check every once and a while to check their stories, since i post on mine alot, and see coroika content as well, but, i just, cant with this app. Its tiring and i wanna do something better with my life.

During me having this thought tho, i had a question in mind for a little while "what if i made a coroika forum?". I know forums are all nichie now, and since coroika is nichie, it prob wont get a big following, but, i wanted to test whether or not people were interested in the idea, so i went to tumblr and made a poll whether or not people would even join. I also thought this because while forums are nichie, people still use them. I'm very active in The Frutiger Aero Archive fourms, and while they're a welcoming community, i never expecteed a forum to still have users, espesscially a modern one(the forums 1 year birthday was actually just a few days ago, happy birthday!) Anyways heres the poll of me asking; the thing dont mind the text being so big btw, i dont wanna change it. ANYWAYS so most people said yes, so i went to work. I decided to run my forum in forumotion(i think thats how you spell it) since i didnt want to host my forum all together since, im very new to this. So, that's why the website is old web themed again. BUT ANYWAYS i wann talk about sharkling Goggles(A HEAD CANON. NOT CANON). So like. I used top hc this back in 2025 summer where Goggles was half inkling half not, and that he had to hide his identity away from his peer until octo expansion where all species including sharklings were accepted. Now i have this au that since the great turf war inklings acted like sharklings were suspicious too cuz of the octolings, but since they didnt really have a big answer of why to take them down, they just left them be but bullied them. Goggles didnt realize he was a sharkling till about 13 where when he was evolving, he in some days had shark elements like random tattos and a tail but some days he just wouldnt have them at all like they were some dream. Also the fact of while most inklings had to just a curly tool to curl up their tenticales, Goggles just... Didnt have to do that?? So yeah, he got really confused. And since his parents died when he was 3 and since then was raised by his grandma; she didnt really know the cause and effect behind this. Since sharklings at the time too were under researched, especially hybrids, since just assumed he was born weird. Growing up because of that, Goggles at those days where he had those sharkling elements had to cancel out plans cuz he was 'sick' even though in reality, he wasnt. It wasnt all the way till octo expansion where since i have a head canon that when sharklings touch water, they dont drown; Goggles, unluckly s instead of him simply drowning like how a regular inkling would, these were one of those days where he kinda didnt drown?? Idk. The point is; when he ends up in the deep sea metro lobby from like splatoon 2 not trains but like before that, he accidentally showed himself, but like he still kinda had his inkling elements. So uhh skip back to after Octo expansion, everyone found out, but everyone started to be accepting of him, so uh, yeah! This is just one au i have its not like i headcanon it in all aus i got, but i still thought that i wanted to talk about it. He still didnt fully embrass himself till splatoon 3 however. I have so many funny momments of Goggles living iwth Rider while having Sharkling elements, but they look so bad i really wanna remake them.but anyways heres a drawing i did!

For the longest period of my time; i've isolated myself. Most of my childhood, i didnt talk to anyone. When I got bullied in elementy school, i got the concept that anyone who was popular,had friends,and didnt look appealing wouldnt accept me. At all. I was very lonly as a kid. And I just wanted someone interesting to talk to me. I wanted to be friends with someone weird like me. Thats why I call myself such a heavy kinner for HaruHi Suzumiya. Her experiences are so similar to mine. I dont say I kin Haruhi suzumiya in a shes realable way. I geneally think, in a past lifetime, she was me. And now, i'm the way i am. I believe that alternate universes, aliens, all that stuff is real. And I may seem childish for thinking so, but if they arnet real; then there has to be someone out there whos like; interesting. Has an interesting life. Then i'd feel accepted. I mean; I get along, i get good grades, but a little part of me wants that type of person to be in my life. I dont isolate myself anymore, and i hang out with people who i know accept me; but i still believe that. I want to have a different life, im tired of living the same like everyone else does. I wonder, is there anyone like me? Probably, theres billions of people in this earth, but are they rare? Are there people who seriously think that they cant be different? It heartbreakens me. So much. Please, if you take anything from me, take this; live differently and freely. Soon, life can end in a snap and you'd never know. I know probably everything i said didnt make sense, im just writing from my mind.

10/22/25: today im gonna analyz Marunomi and who he may be, spoilers for coroika. Okay so starting off, Marunomi has axity(i know i spelled it wrong but i dont care) thats known for a fact. he has self doubt,always caring about being the best to the only word i can discribe is being hyperfixated, and how his main lession isnt gonna be have fun during turf war and more of a society issue many people face(including me.) so lets begin.

Team Marunomi needs no introduction if you have dig deep onto the fandom. Little more then expected. With being the main rival of the newest coroika issues realeseing in japan,and soon in english lang with Viz Media covering the 6 book;when he is revealed, he is widly known to be in fandoms word a brain rot kid. Which is funny enough(even though I personallly think he is at least 18 or older all the way to 25 as that is Team Blues age) but also is accurate. Not for the reasons you think though such as his insane sanime manimpulater ass panels.

I will be covering chapter 97 first,as it is insanly important in Marunomi's character as a whole. We get to know more about his pov espessially. First off, from the picture i have shown, he likes to prepare himself, and he knows alot about Goggles verses with other people. Asking about Rider(his beutiful husband hehehe),the S4, Hachi and Gloves, Emperor,etc. He clearly wants to know what he is gonna face againest before versing. This can show that he is most definalty afraid of the unknown, because of the unknown,he has self doubt as shown here.

This entire scene shows an example of Marunomi having self doubt after seeing Goggles win. But he hides it. And this is when his whole thing rolls. "I'm the best at having fun. I'll be the best at everything." and thinks to himself "If I'm the best,no body can complain.". Of course, I wont bargen on how he has been bullid since that is only my headcanon, but we have tpo accept that there has to be some what of an experiance or thing that mustive happened to him that made him feel like this. Something else I would also like to hint is that Marunomis face isnt really shown in the panel he thinks. It probably represents something and im just missing it, probably of him hiding his feelings which is something he cant avoid, liek your face. No matter how much makeup you put on it for an example, it wont permantly change,and even if you get a plasic sugery,those effects are still there of how you used to be. Marunomi doesnt want anyone to know about how he truly feels in the inside aboiut all of this presure he has. But wait,theres more. When Goggles asks why marunomi wants to be the strongest we get the full on scene that is VERy important.

This scene speaks for himself, but incase you somehow dont understand how this is impoirtant let me explain. First though before focusing on the words lets just take a look at the panel itself. The mostly fade to white at the down but having a small bit of darkness with chips that are pit black at all makes me interpet this as Marunomii looking as if he is fine, as perfect. He has the image of his mind of what his goal is, he knows exactly what he want and who he wants to be(reference guys guys im making an amv stay tuned) But a small part of him believes as if he isnt good enough yet for the role, and hiding who he truthly is. I know its a little off place to talk about character design here but its worth mentioning. Marunomi wears the newest gear from Splatoon 3's final catogog,with the new weapon too. The hoodie is also a part of this, but other then that i like to think it represents only showing the parts of him he thinks are socially acceptable,hiding the rest of who he is. Okaay enough of me talking about the visuals, i should be talking about the dialouge now. Its foreshadowed in Marunomi's past experiences that he had be judge or experianced people complaining to him for who he was. I like to think that afterhe grew populatery,less and less people complained about him, they stopped juding him. All because of this made up persona that he made just so they would stop. Trying to become great at battles to the point people would admire him. He's grew the mindset of if he is strong,then things are more simpler and santisfying for others leading to them not saying a word.

finally getting to this scene, Goggles doesnt know about Marunomi's feelings,passing what he just said off because well;he's an idiot. He says that he looks like he's having fun during battle, Marunomi smirks saying that he is,and battles are supposed to be fun. Marunomi having fun isnt the main lession,its being so addicted to the concept of being the best at literally everything, trying to make it occur even though that isnt close to reality since,no one is perfect and the fact not everyone will like you no matter what you do,which is why you should be around the people who do care and support you. Goggles is kinda an example of this as technai;lly durning the first chapters he was bullied along with his team but as the manga progress they stopeed beiung judged other then the anatagonest. This gave Marunomi this concept,idea, that Goggles is becoming in his mind is alomost perfect, which is why he has to be better,so then he doesnt reapet his own experiances.

Blog 11/8/25:zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz HI today(and yesterday) i learned about sfm. If you dont know what that is its like a 3d model program right? I learned how to use it. now orginally i wanted to use it, but i'd fail every time or simpy never had the modivation to do so. That was into yesterday when i said fuck that and did it anyway. I had so much fun making these, and i hope i inspired you to make your own :D

by the way,this is not my sona. This is my oc rival;Hon!(Horible Obnobious Name). Both are coroika ocs. Hon is someone from the future trying to save me from death because i was actually important in the future, but in the process ends up hating me. this is where Hybrids time watch came from. I mean, a company can just take away your favorite alubms or tv shows(Netflix,spotify,etc) so its always goo dto have them. I have a mp3 player which is easy to set up, and a dvd player. I dont have a DVD player but my Dad handed over his ps4 for me to have one without payoing for a new one. October 15 was my birthday so I got 125 dollors. Sooo i ot hetaila season 1-4 dvd,Angel Beats,and the first season of Haruhi Suzumiya/ I have some money left which i will spend on Goggles and Rider squid keychains from etsy ;3. But we're not talking about them yettt sooooo. HMMMMMM. know what i'll may as well talk about them since i have no brains. So I like to talk about my Goggles and Rider headcanons here because I can. First with Goggles, Im keeping switching back and forward making him a demi boy, and then making him boyflux. Both are fitting for himm. Goggles uses he/They pronouse, and also is bisezual. I got this by the little fish thing from his splatoon 1 armor replixa thing that in the splatoon art book says its supposed to attract the oppisite gender. But at the same time him and Rider,,,, so yeha. he's also demisexual because i think him falling in love comes more from friendship then first glance,and he prefers doing the devils deed with someone he's close to. So i know this looks like another Goggles design from like 2021 tumblr,,,I dont know how to feel about that since I've used this design BEFORE i saw it. So do note thijk this is entirely creative. I still like the design and I'll still use it drawing so yeah. ALSO do not think i like to make Goggles a twink just because of his eyes and mouth,thats just the way i draw please dont burn me. So like if they sadtheir ears are down and if they are exided their eyes are up,and if their flushedered some inklingsw ears may flop up and down. This dioes include Goggles and Rider. I love them sos so muchhhieee,I draw them alot i swar i just dont post itt but i will trust meheeee. Current hyperixation right now currently,,,,I LOVE THEM I CAN TALKJ ABOUT THEM FOR AGES!!! Like,it went so damn bad to the point i made twice as much lore for these characters with their own seperate designs to make them have their own charater shape thingy arhghhhh I LOVE THEM. Okay so I think it would be like the middle of the final fest i think. I feel like during the sqare king arc(emperor arc) rhat Rider wanted to confess to Goggles after the tournament after they versed eavchother but he didnt win, and since after square king octo expainsion happens thats why Rider was looking for GOggles. But they both ended up being tramatised,not rixking it because of how much they loved eachother. But before we get to that,how did they found out? So for Gogglesd i like to imagine that he didnt know he had a big crush on him,and Team Blue actyuaally realised. I mean cmon,the dude nevr makes letters,he's always cheering for him and not to metion the fact he gotr serious during him verses empepor.

Okay so after this scene right,the very next day Goggles annouces he feels like and that he cant go to the tournament. Everyone is shocked and asked if he has fever or some5thing, he didnt check actually though so he checks and apparently not. They still are worried for him though and asked when did this happen. He says that its been happening ever since Rider'threatened' him, and ever since he''s been feeling all different. I headcanon him to be demi sexual which is why he's only feeling this now. He says that just thinking about it makes him feel funny. All members but Bobble Hat start realising this isnt sickness and Specs tells him he may be gay. Goggles because he's stupid doesnt know what that means though. ONce he's told though,he says he likes girls too though, and Headphones tells him he's bisexual then. specs face palms and just syas he'll have to find out on his own though,and eventually he finds out. Though,he hides he's feelings because he doesnt want to lose him. He's his first rival after all when it comes to tournaments so no,not yet. Its strange for him too because he's so open about things,but this is something he has to keep to himself because what if rider isnt this gay thing or whatever and what if he hates it? He cant risk losiing someone so special to him. As fpr Rider... After the Splatroon 1 hero arc he's accepted his feelings, but he orginally figured out he had a cursh on him during the time he lost to skull. If ypu read the book correctly HE CARES.. He acts like he doesnt,but he does. So much so to the point he starts a training sewssion with team blue. Something to note here too is the fact theses are the VERY vERY exclusive scenes where Goggles is seen heartbroken,defeated. The manga avoids it, but Goggles uses his happyness as a coping mech. Going off topic, I feel like if something bad happened in his life he'd become a alcoholic,thats really deep but shtu up. ANYWaY so after that scene, Rider questions himself a little but shales it off. Remeber the scene where Rider was gonna tell Goggles something but it got faded away? If not, check the book but I like to imagine thats when he was trying to get his feelings out of his mouth but he couldnt. And the scene where Rider tells him he's bound to win is what he thinks he feels. In the splatoon hero arc 1,Rider is very hesitant when it comes to being an agent,wanting Goggles to just leave and go too which is something to keep in mind. I like to imagine he doesnt want him to do som3ething stupidd, but putting it in a deeper note. Being stupid means your bound it gte hurt. YOUSEE WHERE IM COMING IWTH THIS??? Anyway, after the splatoomn hero arc ends, Rider realizes he's inlove, and as much as he hides it, he still wants to tell him. He's hesitant at first but eventually, he belives himself,and this is when "im gonna verse you in the finals" thing happens. He's fully confident,but he loses. But he doesnt care. He takes Goggles word,and thats what made him happy. After Goggles wins and the Octo Expainsion thing happebns, Rider is worried, espessially because he didnt even get the chance to tell him how he felt. So he keeps calling Goggles,no answer,keeps calling Team Blue. NOTHING. He thinks cuttlefish has to do someting about this and he's ticked off by it, asking where are they. Ono the future after seeing Goggles and Team Blue nearing dying and saving them, he ends up passing out like how agent 3 does in game. Because how can someone still be awake after breaking literal GLASS???

So yeah the gang is horrified. Goggles gets PTSD,and so does Rider. Rider realizes he rather not confess to him because he could lose him,and he didnt know how it felt to lose some he loved SO much. The costume party clearly shows his emotions for Goggles,and he even hints that he likes him. Why?Well,Goggles isnt ashamed anymore. AFter octoexpainsion, a truely tramatising event he knows that life is too shoirt to hide,and he's gotta be honest with not only himself,but others. Thats why he offers Rider a keychain your supposed to give to girls you like,its to show that he loves him. But anyway, thats actually the day he confesses to him. Rider cant tell if he's joking or not, so he slams him with his dynamo saying to stop being stupid,but Goggles tells him thats he's honest. They are alone by this point,. Rider pulls back up his weapon,in disbelif. WAs he being honeest? He tells him to give him a week to think for about it,and Goggles is okay with it. Though he is a little worried.. So after a week or so of overthinking and such, Rider finally tells him how he truly feels, he feels as if he shouldnt even feel like this, he's ashamed of himself, and concerded that mayb e Goggles was joking,or even backstabbing him. But Goggles doesnt mind it. He's happy to know now. Remeber when I said their first kiss was during the final feest of splatoon 2? Well thats the first one they did on piublic,the first place they actually kised was at arowana mall which is cute. But anyway,enough of me yapping.
